Statewide programs (the civil legal aid hotline, Equal Justice Wyoming,
988, Wyoming 211, and similar) serve every county by phone, mail, or online intake regardless of
where you live. "Local" resources below are physically located in or explicitly serve that
county — typically a shelter, clinic, or county-specific advocacy program.
