Wyoming residents with a documented disability that presents a barrier to employment.

Apply online through the VR application on dws.wyo.gov, or download and submit the paper 'General VR Application' worksheet. After the application is received, VR staff schedule an intake appointment with a VR Counselor to determine eligibility and build a service plan.

Any employee or job applicant in Wyoming who believes they experienced disability-based employment discrimination; a Charge generally must be filed within 180 days of the alleged violation (up to 300 days in some circumstances).

Use the EEOC Public Portal to schedule an intake appointment by phone, video, or in person, or call the national intake line. There is no walk-in Wyoming office — Wyoming charges are handled by the Denver Field Office.
